‘Living Life to the Full’ course

‘Living Life to the Full’ course helps people who are struggling with their mental health or feeling isolated to deal with everyday life challenges and learn a range of life skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. This is a 6-week course which runs each term – usually February, May and October.
