Fully funded Business Excellence workshops by Lancaster University Management School

There are three exciting fully funded programmes for businesses that fall under the criteria listed below.*
• based in Lancashire or Cumbria
• employ between 2 and 250 full-time equivalent employees (FTE)
• annual turnover of less than €50 million (or the equivalent in GBP)
• received less than €200,000 of de minimis State Aid in the last 3 years

These workshops are available to only one person per business – please pick only one workshop to attend.

Workshop 1 – Ideas Into Action
This workshop aims to help participants to understand the innovation process, from idea to commercialisation. Participants will learn to use evidence-based ideation techniques and tools to build, develop and test ideas quickly with minimal risks, and implement them via the use of an innovation roadmap.

Workshop 2 – Lean for 2022
Participants at this workshop will learn how to manage a sustainable and profitable business, the benefits of good organisational culture, ethics and communication, and how to effectively implement this into their business strategy.

Workshop 3 – Pricing with purpose
Participants will learn about the history of pricing and the most effective pricing strategies, the barriers of implementing pricing changes, how to drive profitability and accountability, the psychology of pricing and how to effectively communicate, market and implement pricing strategies.
